someone sends you a picture of his or her genitals . . . and they're kinda repulsive???

This guy just sent me a pic of his pecker, completely unsolicited considering we've NEVER had any kind of a sexual conversation or anything in the month that we've known each other. I haven't given any indication that I'm interested in him in that way, yet he decides to show me his lil limp willy. His dick ain't particularly attractive and quite flacid in the pic. I'm actually completely turned off and speechless and don't know what I should say in response to this mess. I'm not sure if I should be polite or brutal.
