I love the Pixar movies mainly because of all those bonus short movies! They're great and sometimes I feel like they're much more fun.

I LOVE the shorts that are included. I also own the Pixar Short Films Volume 1 BluRay.

Warner Bros has a similar offer, but you send in your DVD (not the case, just the disk), plus $7.50 plus a small shipping fee, and they'll send you a BluRay of the same title. I like Disney's better. http://www.disneyupgrade2blu.com/ is the site for anyone interested.

Whew, tough call. I just had pizza last night, but there's something warm, and comforting about a hunk of steaming lasagna on my plate that makes me super happy.

I didn't get to the tour. But I love the BluRay. I even watch that documentary on there, I'd Know Him A Mile Off. My roommate and I go around and randomly say, "I'd know him a mile off and that is not George Michael!"

That was funny! lol

both. I believe in intelligent design (ie: GOD), but also believe that creatures have evolved over time. We see proof of that today, as scientists find new creatures all the time that are cousins or distant relatives of existing creatures.

I don't drink soda. Aspartame is something I stay away from and most all diet sodas have it in them. Regular soda is just as bad with the high fructose corn syrup. I stick to water, or home made lemonade (or the occasional Disoranno sour).

HAHAHA My roommate still owns Beta tapes and a player (as well as a CED player, and a Laserdisk player). You know, the only VHS I own is "Gett Off", "3 Chains O Gold", "Sign O The Times", "Prince and the Revolution LIVE", and a couple of bootleg concerts. Most everything else I ever recorded on VHS, I've since transferred to DVDs. It's funny that news stations still use a Beta tape sometimes when recording live on the field. Seems like Beta eventually did have a longer shelf life in some regards.

Fun questions!

I am close enough with my parents. I've never called my folks "my best friends" or anything. Our relationship goes so far, and that's it. My dad and I talk about the same 4 subjects every time I call him. My mom talks more about different things, but there's still part of me that she refuses to acknowledge (gay). So ...they've chosen to not accept that part of my life, and have missed out of me being in a relationship, breaking up or whatever. I wish it would have been different. I could have used an ear in those break up days. It was rough on me.

I've not done voluntary work in a long time, but I used to be involved with church more. I used to play piano and keyboard in the band at a church here in town. I've also done work with local missions back home in Tulsa handing out food, etc. I'd love to work at a dog pound or something, but I think daily my heart would be broken.

I change bed sheets every couple of weeks, or more. I like fresh sheets. I have about 3 or 4 sets I can rotate through. I have a few quilts I rotate through too, one of which I made by my own hand.

Positive addiction: I love learning. I love knowledge. (Might have covered that a bit in the "typo" question from Mplsmike). I love the Lord.

Negative addiction: Food probably. I don't smoke, never done drugs, and don't really drink.

My sexual prowess comes out more or less depending who I'm with. There are times that I feel like part of me is Brian Kenney from Queer As Folk, or Christian Troy from Nip/Tuck. The other part of me is more like a lesbian, wanting to settle down and nest. I feel like I could just fuck daily and not think twice about it. Get in, get off, get out. There are still things I want to try sexually. I have a sexual bucket list. haha I do think I'm very sexual in general. I don't giggle at the dumb "cream in your coffee - I GOT SOME CREAM FOR YOU" cliche type stupid ass jokes. But I also think "Man, I could fuck him right where he stands," if I see a hot guy. Maybe that's just my voyeuristic monkey coming out.

I think it's fair to say we all have a dark side. But what is defined as a dark side? Do I think about murdering people? No, but I'd rather some people just be out of my life in general. Let them live elsewhere, away from me. I've never killed animals or done weird shit like that. I think my family would think my sexuality was my dark side, but I have to consider the source when I think about that. Tough question.

I've never been violent. I've never hit a girl (outside of when I was like 5 or 6 or 7 and fighting on the play yard at school). I abhor it. No one deserves to be hit down.

I have a flexible schedule to do things.

Oddly, an old friend of mine found me through the Org. Back in my Navy days, in 1987-1989, I met this guy in the dental department who had Prince pictures all over his office walls. I struck up a conversation w/ him and we were fast friends after that. I lost track of him in the past 15 years or so. I got this org note a few months back from someone and it was that guy!!! I was overjoyed. I loved that guy, and still do. I'm glad that at least one good thing came from the Org.

To my knowledge, that's the only Orger I know face to face. I'll be talking to 4 new ones on the phone next week when we record the Purple Rain commentary.

Excellent question! I love those types of questions (and would ask them too). The wood console and hutch entertainment is a dark espresso wood, as are the lamps, and wood footings on the furniture, and the dining room set. The furniture is a dark, dark olive green, very modern (although the store swears it's a brown color, somewhere around a raw coffee bean). We've added gold, and red touches to it, as well as blue, orange and white. We rotate those two sets of colors in and out with throw pillows and throws. My bedroom has apple skin red walls right now, but in the new place we're moving to in a month, I plan to go with a light blue/dark brown/white motif. Very modern. My bathroom (I'll have my own) in the new place is going to be a bamboo/nature/zen type decor.

Insecurities = probably like anyone, not being good enough. Being a day late and a dollar short type thing. I was also paranoid as a kid. I always thought other people were whispering about me. Not quite mental, but more like a neurosis like Waldo in the "Hot For Teacher" video, minus the overt geek facade. I never fit in, so over the years, I just made my own niche and let whoever in that didn't fit elsewhere. I think it's why I try to create debate when it comes to someone's humanity, and others are quick to dismiss someone based on one incident.

That gives me a lot of insight into some of your posts that I take as being contrary for no reason. Thanks.

I'm most possessive of my media I think. I don't loan out CDs or DVDs or books, EVER. I catalog everything I own. I have spreadsheets for DVDs, CDs, LPs, books, etc. Luckily there's an app called Delicious Library for Mac that lets you scan the UPC code w/ your cam, or manually enter the UPC or ISBN number and it keeps everything in check for you I went through a couple of times in my life where I lost EVERYTHING, so I'm very possessive of my things now.

You would hate the way I keep my stuff. lol

Oh please, as much as I'd like to think I know stuff, I'm not as informed as I might seem. Sometimes, it's just as simple as looking things up on a Wikipedia page or a news page. Like anyone on earth, you just gather knowledge and trivia about things as life progresses. Our brains actually retain every bit of knowledge or whatever that we ever encounter. It's forever there. I just do my best, failing sometimes, to recall what I can. I also hate that America has "dumbed" itself down and become lazy in its quest for knowledge. I'm not trying to be smarter than anyone else, I just want to be informed of whatever I can that might relate to me or be interesting to me.

Now that the standards seem to be improving more and more every day, I love going to Wikipedia, clicking 'Random Article' and then sitting there and reading the entire thing. I've learned a lot just by doing that, actually. lol

And, since I've been rather obsessed with asking this question of everyone lately: If you had the ability to go back in time and attend ANY three concerts, which would they be? You don't have to worry about admission prices, seating, or anything like that. (I usually ask people to give a year/date, if they can, but it doesn't really matter.)

I get lost on Wikipedia sometimes reading about history or events or whatever. One thing links to another, and before I know it, I'm an hour in and no idea where I started. I could start with mosquitoes and end with HD-DVD vs BluRay. How you connect those two over an hour.....well, only my History folder knows for sure.

I'd go see:
The Jackson's Victory Tour opening night in Kansas City at Arrowhead stadium on July 6, 1984. (They were there from the 6th-8th)
I'd see Purple Rain tour in Dallas (because it was the closest to Oklahoma City) on December 30, 31, 1984 or January 1, 1985.
I'd see Kool & The Gang/Klymaxx (and another band I forget) in Oklahoma City. I wanted to go to that show SO badly, but my Baptist mother refused it for me. That was 1984 or 1985 I believe.
