A representative from the water company called me to tell me that we were paying on an old acct from another residence that has been vacated by us for several months. In fact we were due to be shut off in tommorow for non payment of this new acct. Seems we were using the old acct numbers with some of the new resident payments. The representative said she switched some payments to the correct account to put it up to date and correct. We do bills online a lot and maybe we got it messed up somewhere along the line with the holidays etc. But It was very nice and odd of them to call and let us know what was going on and taking the initiative to switch payments to keep up to date..usually you would think they would turn stuff off and then leave you to figure out what happened etc causing so much inconvienence. The representative was Monica. Maybe she is a Prince fan and comes here..I dont knowe, I didn't bother to ask her. Thanks Monica if you ever see this!

write her supervisor and tell him/her how much u appreciated her assistance.
