...are you sure that you're not referring to the dumping grounds for the debris? Because, yes, there are images of limbs sticking up out of the ground...but that's because the debris is being hastily removed and bodies aren't being separated from building material. If they ever do get around to separating the corpses from the concrete, then I would guess that they'd get thrown into a legitimate mass grave.
