What do u think of these bogus airline fees? Delta hikes baggage fees again
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Delta Air Lines is again increasing its checked baggage fees, citing "continued economic pressures." .The higher fees take effect Tuesday for Delta passengers who booked their flights Jan. 5 or later and are checking bags on domestic flights. For those who pay the baggage fees when they check in online, the fees will be $23 for the first checked bag and $32 for the second checked bag. It's complete bullshit.
Remember the 1st excuse? Fuel prices. When gas was hitting $5 a gallon, the fees were put in place, now that gas is half that the fees are increasing. Bullshit. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Since the new rules most airlines are waiving the baggage fees.

Really, airlines are killing my biz. The tax on a ticket is more than the ticket itself. Example: booked this today - 2 tickets to Edinburgh from Toronto: AIR TRANSPORTATION CAD 1192.00 (2 tickets) TAX GST CAD 2.50 AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT FEE CAD 50.00 TAX OTHER CAD 828.20 TTL CAD 2072.70 over $400 TAX add to EACH TICKET. I booked a roundtrip fare of $231 (including taxes) from MSN to TUS. That is dirt cheap - cheap enough that I actually wouldn't mind paying for my bags. But I'll be able to fit everything in my carry-on, so...  We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
