I would have suggested "New Power Soul" but you should really consult a doctor before trying something that powerful.

Homeopathic. Non-habit forming. No morning drowsiness or hangover. And best of all, if you wake up in the middle of the night, you can use it again.

Melatonin is also great, but it can be tricky to get the dosage right. If you don't, you'll have the same problems you have when you don't it.

I take Tylenol Simply Sleep. The directions say to take two pills, but I take only one. In the past when I took two pills, I was a little groggy in the morning but it would go away when I ate breakfast. I found I slept just as well only taking one pill and I had no groggy feeling in the morning.

Don't take anything .....

1-Big cup of hot milk with thyme leafs would be very helpful before you decide to sleep.....

2-Boil some water then put some Anise seeds then drink it after ten minutes ,its amazing....


Those some healthy methods,don't take sleepings pills , its dangerous.

Would the anise seeds work equally as well in hot milk? Because that sounds good.

I have never tried it to be honest, thyme leafs work perfectly and it tastes good...

I think it would taste weird if you use anise seeds with milk lol
