I tried that once a few years ago. I was always apprehensive to drink raw eggs, but was watching Rocky I one day, and felt motivated.....Never again. lol

The four packs of oatmeal and the protein shake have the most grams of sugar actually, but I don't eat those everyday. The other meals have minimal amounts, including the cereals (about 15g total, per meal). And the preservatives, well, that's in everything canned, frozen, boxed, and individually wrapped, so I can't and am not trying to avoid them. lol

My day starts at 7:00, so like you, I go to lunch at 10:55.

Once or twice a week or on vacation in Turkey I have THIS type of Turkish breakfast:

-olives
-simit ( very similar to bagels)
-tea
-pickled peppers
-tomato
-butter
-olive oil with chili flakes
-feta cheese

....sometimes followed by THIS here:

....but other than that,I have a typical German breakfast and I´ll eat:

- a few slices of toast or rye bread with
-Bonne Maman strawberry jam,
-Dutch peanut butter ( I think they call it Pindakaas, I don´t eat any other peanut butter ),
-a bit of cream cheese,
-maybe a bagel on Saturdays,
-sometimes scrambled eggs or a soft boiled egg,
-some cottage cheese and
-maybe some local honey and
-a bowl of Koelln´s oat muesli with full fat milk.

With a good, strong German coffee ( preferrably Tchibo Beste Bohne).

I love Turkish breakfast. We have do this, every August for my eldest daughter's bday. Her Grandmother is Turkish, so it's something we enjoy!

Dude, you guys, that's gross. lol

My breakfast hasn't changed much over the years, except now I'm baking my own bread and making my own nut butter. I grew up on peanut butter toast.

I feel like I skipped that whole phase in college/my 20s where I went, "no parents, yay, I can eat whatever I want, bring on the crap!". I think most people do go through that.
