O.K. I have been on this site for a good 3 hours, no kidding!!! Then again I only get on every so many days. I have no idea how much I weigh but I have tried the walking thing. Even if it's getting off the bus several stops before I need to, every bit they say helps. I have also heard of people like me who eventual became runners!!! That would be amazing in my case.

I haven't been able to find her. I have found lots of girls who look like scarily made-up dolls though.

Actually I thought of you when I was in Book-Off today (yes that's the acutal shop name) when i saw all the Hikki stuff. I picked up some Remioromen, the new Yuzu single and some other cheapies. I love that store. Some old man came up and asked me to translate some Susan Boyle lyrics, then asked if I wanted to see his cue. I thought he was a little overly sexual until he pulled out his billiards cue and looked at me with this proud old man face. touched

By the way, happy Year of the Tiger. Hope the celebrations over there are fun!

I'd say on the whole it's kinda soft and smooth, rather than hard and funky. Maybe bouncy, at best.

Funny but it's this CD that got me out for a walk yesterday. Hated the darn thing so much that I am sure that flung it someplace. I really wanted to hear a couple of the songs again though and since it was only $4.99 at Target I went there; road halfway and walked the other half. I hate Dance4me because to me it's disrespectful to God and the congregation and a song about a middle age man getting a lap dance by a well heeled vixen who makes house calls doesn't do much for me. Since I ALWAYS interpret the song that way, I can't help but hate it.

The walk was fine. As you know nyse the weather around here is fine until about 3:30pm and then it gets unbearably cold. The change is amazing. The only way I can make myself walk in this is get off the bus a good 20 minute walk from my house so I am forced to complete it. I need to go to toys r us to get something for one of my daughters friends and maybe a new leapster cartridge for my daughter. I am hoping to take my daughter to Boston too. I had wanted to take her to Providence for a change but the way public transportation is set up I would have to travel to Boston first. Time to get my car back on the road and stop spending the money on other stupid crap.

I tuned into the local news tonight..
The top story was that some rapper called Mori tried to stab another more famous rapper called BlazRoca in the lobby of a radio station. They were supposed to face off in a radio interview because BlazRoca said he discovered Mori and when Mori disputed that and said BlazRoca was talking out of his ass, BlazRoca said Mori was living proof that cannabis is bad for you.
They had been dissing each other in the press for the past week and were supposed to settle things on the radio show but as BlazRoca showed up to the radio station, Mori came armed with a knife, a taser-gun and had his Doberman dog with him. He tried to stab BlazRoca but apparently BlazRoca defended himself with a cleaning mop. Now BlazRoca is charging Mori for attempted murder.

When I heard this featured as the top story I had to double-check if it was still '96 and if I had been teleported to the USA, but NO, this happened today in Iceland and it's 2010. disbelief

Because no-one here knows about these guys, I thought I'd include pictures and songs with those rappers.
This is Erpur AKA BlazRoca:

This is Mori:

You can judge who's the better rapper, I don't have an opinion about that, but I just thought these kind of rap feuds were a thing of the past. Why don't they just do an MC battle on stage instead of bitching in the papers and bringing a knife to a radio interview.
