I just started reading Book 6 DEFINATELY DEAD. Woohooo!

I'm so addicted to the show and the books...haven't had a chance to continue reading in a couple months but I intend to finish them all before the new season starts...

Loved the first book. Second book was okay. I'm on the 4th. I've been on the 4th for about 3 months, and I've started 3 other books in the meantime. It's getting to be too much of a slog to keep up with the series.

Because of you NBJ, I bought the first two books at Walmart last month. They have a display with all of the books. Anyway, I haven't cracked 'em yet but I will on my upcoming vacation.

I didn't read the first book until True Blood started. Once I started reading them I could not put them down. I'm so glad that the series was so far along. I think I got to book 7 before I had to wait at all.

I HATE the wait. I keep telling myself I'll not read another book series.

There are some things from the books that I would have LOVED to have seen translated into the show but were not so that's disappointing. Then there's Lafayette who would have been dead at the end of Season 1 if they'd followed the books so him still being alive is a definite bonus

Anybody knows when True Blood season 3 is coming out?????
