PrintableMine was sore for about 2 days last week. I took a lot of Chloraseptic lozenges to numb the pain. It helped a lot. My cold only lasted a few days....shorter than usual this time around. Dequacaine - these lozengers will numb the throat and fight the infection. My sore throats never last for more than a day when I start with these. Nothing worse than a sore throat. When I have a sore throat I know that I am getting a cold as well - but I can handle a cold but a sore throat is another matter!

Sorry the Cayenne was too hot. Did you try the Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with warm water? You would want to gargle about every half hour or hour.

Last night was miserable! Ouch ouch ouch! I was at the phone as soon as the doctor's office opened and left a message for them to call me back. Then strangely, I fell back into a deep sleep, woke up an hour later and the pain in my throat had dramatically reduced. The bumps seem to be reducing... | |

I no longer have my tonsils, yet for the past 2 weeks I have had a white spot and a sore throat.  | |
