The new Spartacus show on Starz is apparently going to take the movie 300 and do it one better by actually showing lots of full-frontal fellas. While I love the irony in all these allegedly macho shows that look like heavily stylized gay porn, I gotta say I'm not a big fan of body shavers, so I have mixed feelings about this. As some might have guessed, I am ALL for the objectification of the male form, so in some ways, I'm thinking yahoo! But I just know all those gladiators will be Nair'd everywhere, which annoys the hell out of me.

Straight guys, you aren't going to be left out either! There are nekkid women on the show too. Lucy Lawless (Xena) is in this, and she has reportedly agreed to do lots and lots of topless scenes. So there will be ample female flesh on display too.

I downloaded the first 2 episodes. The quality MEGA sucks but yeah, there is peen to be had.

I liked some of the performances, but I don't like "grand" acting all that much. I prefer a more natural approach.

It was visually neat I guess, but I don't get the love for 300.
