My aunt cooked these for New Year's good luck.




My stomach in not concuuring with the luck it's supposed to be receiving They are so nasty I'm anout retching, they are sitting in a layer of congealed fat, and there is not nar a lick of meat on these bitches. They taste like pig shit!!

Some of my family members like these, but I don't get it

The idea of willingly eating any animal's nasty ass foot makes me want to smack somebody

Once upon a time...long ago when I was married, my then husband cooked some pigs feet and sour kraut in my crock pot. My house was FUNKY!!! I was pissed! Those things are disgusting!! Needless 2 say I had something else 4 dinner.

I don't like pigs feet, but hey way way back in the day, that's what the salve masters would give black folks, the worst parts of pigs. We cooked it up and made a meal out of it.

I like pig ear if I'm drinking. Great snack food.

Chicken feet, not so much but Thais eat it. My mother in law always eats the chicken ass too.

Passed up some crickets and worms the other day down Khao San too. This Irish guy that bought them really liked them though, said he ate them all the time with beer.

A friend of mine once told me he used to buy one every day as a kid walking to school in the morning. Some corner store used to have a giant jar of them pickled, 25 cents each. He snacked on them like candy.

Yall need to spend one week in Bangkok. Pig's feet will end up looking as common as big macs compared to some of the fare here.

When I was little (in P.R.) my mom used to make 'em in a chickpea sauce/stew and serve over rice. They were soooo good.
