Yeah I got family too that eat that mess, even pig ears and pickled pig feet, whatever that is. I don't touch that mess or else....  I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. | |

I saw fried chicken gizzards at a rest stop in Iowa yesterday.
NASTY. But I suppose if you're eating a muscle or whatever, what's the difference? It's all freaking animal. |

My mother fries fish heads... we eat the eyes and all that... no joke.

That would be pork butt. I slow cook it in apple cider vinegar, pork rub, and other seasonings. Not often. Pork butt is so damn fatty. | |
