Yeah, but there were head cases back in the day(remember Marvin 'Bad News' Barnes?). But because of technology, we're hearing more about player hijinks now. I don't think it's just technology. Snitches. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

This was actually in the news about a week ago. Regardless of WHY he chose to dispose of his gun it makes no sense to take it to your job or anywhere other than a place that buys or disposes of guns. Why take it to your locker at an arena? Besides, isn't she an infant? Pure dumbassetry.

The N.B.A. tightened its anti-gun policies as part of its 2005 collective bargaining agreement after the Golden State Warriors’ Chris Mills was accused three years earlier of brandishing a gun on the Portland Trail Blazers’ team bus following an argument with Bonzi Wells. The revamped policy stated said N.B.A. personnel could not transport weapons onto league property, sites or charitable events. http://www.nytimes.com/20...renas.html I don't want you to think like me. Agreed.....and Arenas is my boy. I don't see why these morons can't hire security - Jordan does, Tiger and other celebs do it too. Let the professionals handle that shit. If Plaxico had used his brain, he'd still be playing. Stern has to drop the hammer on these fools - there's no other way.

Even so, he could've have sold his weapon(s) or called local law enforcement and asked them how he could dispose of his weapons, legally and safely. These guys were foolish.

Apparently Gilbert placed the gun on a chair and told the guy 2 choose one. The other guy picked up and the gun and tossed it on the floor and walked away. That is a far cry from drawing guns on each other. I guess the truth will come out.

Fire their asses and ban them from the NBA. If I pulled a gun at my work on another employee I'm sure as hell not getting suspended. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

It's been determined that no one pulled a gun on no one, that was just blow up story. The story is basically Arenas bought four unloaded guns to the locker room (as a bad prank gone wrong.) I you look up to Arenas, everyone knows he's a prankster, he does silly things all the time. Of course, this prank didn't turn out so good, as he;s been suspended indefinitely. It's illegal to possess firearms in D.C. so they are trying to minimize it to avoid the District bringing charges. Apparently none of the players are talking so we're left with the cover story.
