How do you make websites look the same in size etc in laptops and desktop?

Hey all, I'm not sure why but had a look at my site on a laptop and it looks different that on a desktops' browsers , firefox, IE etc. It isn't cenetered like it is on the desktop etc

Anyone konw why?

I am not using frames either.
