your hair looks really nice as is..but i would grow out the bangs.(if you want to stay long)
Its taken me a year but what a difference.

some short do's i like are a classic shag...kinda joan jet, or a longer version...something that frames your face. smile

i love highlites but hate maintaining them.

I used to have no bangs too

but since I got older, bangs are good for hiding the lines on my forehead

but that's normal! otherwise you'll just be wearing a ponytail

which, as a mum, is a godsend sometimes dead

Also, I don't quite understand the difference between the option of "long hair and bangs" when compared with the manageability of your current 'do. confuse

my current hair needs to be styled in the morning so as not to be cowlicking in all directions after sleeping, it's hot on the back of my neck when it's 90°F plus and has to be washed after 3 days mad
Long hair (with bangs or no) can simply be put up in a ponytail after the 3rd day, no styling or extra time needed.

Haha..that's exactly why I had bangs as well. I've since grown them out. I'm old and not fooling anyone so I don't really care that much anymore.

my hair grows too fast, to maintain my awesome hairstyle, I'd be cutting it more often than once every 4 weeks mad

I think I might end up going longer again, at least long enough to put in a ponytail.

any ideas? sad

I was traumatized by attempting to have bangs a few times when I was a kid. My hair is very, very curly, so if I get bangs, they just spring up into frizzy curls and look ridiculous. I suppose it's a pipe dream to get that do. pout But I get tired of the same-old-same-old.
