Therapy

I've got that. About relationships and trust.

And it ain't funny.

Go see a psychotherapist. It helps.

Yes, it sounds more like a generalised anxiety disorder than obsessive compulsive disorder.

If it bothers you RainbowPaintedSky you should seek treatment. Dont bottle it all up.

I don't like to wear the same clothes twice without a wash in between. Some people do it. My brother will wear the same outfit two days in a row. Makes me sick.

This is totally me! My therapist put me on Zoloft for it and it helped me so much mentally but I could not get/keep an erection. I had just started a relationship and that shit could not have happened at a worse time. I stopped taking it so i could get off. Now I am back crazy.

Don't worry, Battier, that's not really OCD. You've just got some annoying lil quirks/personality traits wink. OCD is much more intense than what you're talking about--think of Jack Nicholson in that movie with Helen Hunt, where he had to wash his hands after he touched anything (and with a new bar of Neutrogena soap each time). He also had to sit at the exact same table at the restaurant, only step on certain parts of the street, etc. And all of this wasn't cause he felt like it, it was because people with OCD truly feel as if they have no other choice! Some people count compulsively, or go back and check to make sure they did something over and over and over again, or have to touch or lick certain things...

I'm somewhat of a clean freax.I am not saying tat my house is spotless all the darn time but,I sure spend most of my time cleaning and cleaning.
Once (a long time ago though) I went to a boyfriend's house but,he wasn't home.I asked his dad if I could use the restroom and it was filty so I cleaned up while I was in there.I even scrubed the toilet peeps !
Also,at Paisy Park during the Celebration it had bugged me so much that the women were such slobs to throw papers and water or what have you all over the place I cleaned up in there too.If I had a mopp I would have got down on that too smile So,if Prince is in nee of any volunteers for a future Celebration just send me an e-mail I'm at Lsaffireseven@aol.com smile

Diazepam is better lol ...It last up to 8 hours. Take one at 12 noon and by the time you come down...time for dinner and a nighty nite sleep. Thats if you sleep at night.. Plus it is not something you have to take everyday, only when needed and if you take it for the purpose it was meant for it WILL NOT make you sleepy, just calm your bootie down and relax and enjoy the ride...you can still drive and go on with your daily activities without side effects (like drowsiness)...I would stay away from anything you would have to take everyday something that your body would eventually NEED or get depended on... Sure Valium is addictive but ONLY if you abuse it or you have a addictive mind..
