He's hot. He can go from totally dorky old-ish dude to so hot (for me...and apparently you ) in movies. He was bonin Julia Child (Meryl Streep) in the movie we watched last night and it all just felt so wrong.

sounds about right. eh, theres a sucker born every minute. I despise religion and find the idea of a god illogical and ridiculous, but I can least respect those that follow their idea of a somewhat honest path. this kind of crass commercialism in the name of religion is almost as sickening as religion itself. thats not god my friend that is blasphemy. big difference. I never follow any organized religion. for there there is only one GOD. whether u pray to buhdah, jesus, or allah... god is in my heart. not in the sky. God if a feelng. not trying to preach. but just speaking my heart . [Edited 12/27/09 11:07am]

However, if the story is true, it is sad that she feels the need to lie about her past. On the other hand, I'd be a bit more worried about the other slightly dodgy aspects of that story - ie: the ones that to which tele-evangelists usually fall prey (the money, the private plane, the topless playmates etc). [Edited 12/27/09 5:40am] ahem Mary Magdalene never was a prostitute. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

[Edited 12/27/09 5:40am] ahem Mary Magdalene never was a prostitute. Ahem. 1. You're being over-literal. I was putting forward an analogy. 2. Some Christian traditions do describe MM as a prostitute. Nevertheless, regardless of whether this is a correct interpretation of the gospels, which, in any event were themselves written decades after the events they describe, I doubt whether, over 2000 years later, there is any mileage in arguing about the issue.
