Passing showers this morning and clearing for a cool high of 21c (70f) with unsettled showery conditions remaining to Thursday, cold southwesterlies and loews of 13c (55f) at night, highs will struggle into the low 20s (70s). The weekend should bring clearing skies and warm northerly winds.

Of course this is the southern hemisphere and it is summer here. Its actually quite a cold one and means when our winter comes we will have a shocker too.

Currently its mostly cloudy and a temperature of 21.4c (70.5f) at my house.
So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time

snow flakes in florida..
central florida..
i wonder if it will accumulate....??

South Fla...we are not amused.

The news is showing South Beach deserted for the past few days.

It's a record breaking 28 degrees this morning...wtf? eek

Most peeps here don't even own a coat much less a heater and all the stores have sold out of them.

I am reading and wearing my snuggie.

Much of the citrus crop has frozen on the trees and the cost has already gone up.

I don't have to go out there this morning 'cause I picked the right time to take a few days off. woot!

Thank heaven for central air/heat.

Hope things start warming up for your area, Babynoz. Just heard on the local weather how rough it has been for the citrus crop in Florida. We are supposed to see highs around 60 degrees by Thursday so maybe the warming trend will get to you first. Stay snuggie warm, enjoy your days off, and I'll keep you in my thoughts. sun

there are fruit trees in my yard..let's see..2 orange 3 tangerine,
and 1 tangelo
and i was picking alot before the cold to make into juice dead
didn't get it all..
but i went and tested them to see how they held up..
and they seem to be fine.
not frozen..
but they are closer to the house than in the groves of course..

and the central heat is great!!
as long as it doesn't decide it no longer wants to function when the temp's below 40..
i don't know what kind of crazy system's on this old house...
the space heater's are getting a workout

I'm glad you were able to save your fruits, they're gonna be a bit expensive this season. Take good care and be careful with those space heaters.

hug thanks!!
space heaters yeah..
2 are a radiator style..they dont have a fan to blow the heat..good for compact spaces.
and one that has a fan..it's touchy!! if it leans a half inch back or forward it shuts off!!
