True Meaning of Christmas (from mack daddy Linus Van Pelt) Is Linus not an absolute bad-ass during the "true meaning of Christmas" scene in A Charlie Brown Christmas?
http://www.youtube.com/wa...Kk9rv2hUfA It's so much become about shiny trees and Zhu Zhu Pets making sure that everyone gets a gift of a certain monetary amount. I wish we could bring it back to where it all began. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and Merry Festivus to all! All good things they say never last...

This is one of my all-time favorite television moments. Even beyond my own religious inclinations, this scene has just always come off as absolutely beautiful. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
μηδὲν ὅλως σὺ λυποῦ πρὸς ὀλίγον ἐστὶ τὸ ζῆν τὸ τέλος ὁ χρόνος ἀπαιτεῖ.”

Yes, Linus does cut through the BS
I am not Christian (in my beliefs) and I know Christmas may have started as a Winter Solstice thing and Jesus might have been born nowhere near Dec 25, but... If we're going to celebrate Jesus' birth, what does that have to do with Santa Claus? My Legacy

I've been watching this since the first time it aired (in the 60s). It never fails to bring a tear to my eye. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
