My pancreas probably hates me

I just ate 4 or 5 frosted Christmas cookies.

Does it count that I'm drinking water with them? Balance it out a bit?

Balance what out? As far as calories go, water won't do anything. As far as the sugar goes, water won't do anything. As long as you are not a diabetic, I wouldn't worry about it too much lol

Drinking water = being good

Eating so many cookies = being bad

I'd hate to see what my blood sugar is now. I'm not diabetic, but it runs in my family.

If diabetes runs in the family it's always good to get an annual check up.

I think if you fill yourself up with water, there is less room for more cookies
that is definitely beneficial!
