It got down to 76 degrees F this evening. People are wearing sweaters now.

I used oils for candy making for the flavor, mixed that and some water with the sugar and molded them individually into sugar cubes using teeny-tiny cookie cutters. They dried in about 30-60 minutes. I was even able to make some shapes that way. Hearts and flowers worked best and I think the cherry and sassafras were the tastiest. I will be doing it again for sure. |

Nah, my neighbors are way too chill for much decorating. They whoop it up with a few stately bows. We actually have statues out front, yep, I kid you not. We inherited them with the house. They both have santa hats on.
