my hunger beast is awoken during times of stress. be it finals or when i'm not getting along with people in my house. i go in a panic state to the kitchen and begin devouring the things i can find. in the middle of the glutton orgy, i catch my self in my reality and go back to my room with a upset stomach. i don't know what to do, i've tried distracting myself with other things, it quite upsetting. because i really do care about my health.

I get that sometimes, it's weird. Some days I'll eat three good sized meals and still be really hungry so I'll end up having a fourth. Other days I miss meals or eat late and it's not a problem. Generally I eat quite erratically as far as meal times and size.
MY COUSIN WORKS IN A PHARMACY AND SHE SAID THEY ENEMA'D PRANCE INTO OBLIVION WITH FENTONILS!!

This could be true. I notice when I'm drinking lots of water, I'm better able to handle hunger like a human in control of herself.

Is it hormonal? Two weeks before my fun visit with Aunt Flo I eat like I'm pregnant, I swear. But for me, i gain weight. So I have to buy a bunch of full bars, carrots and celery, and guzzle water. Also if your body is not getting proper nutrition you get hungry. Even taking a multi vitamin has eased off the binge monster.

But if you aren't gaining weight then I wouldn't worry. I have many friends that pack it away and are slim....heifers! lol Me, I have to do boot camp classes and eat carrots and stuff my ass into a 16....but I'm not hating... lol

But I did read that if you eat a lot of organics and buy whole foods your body processes it far better than the regular stuff. Do you shop whole foods?
