Buffy reigned! I barely watch TV so I can't really comment LOL This show has really gotten better the last 2 seasons. I love the Justice stuff they have going on and Chloe, who annoyed the hell out of me in the beginning, has just become an awesome character. Loving her as Watchtower. It's been good since day 1

Layers upon layers upon layers of mystery, it's certainly understandable why some people jumped ship. But if you didn't, you were rewarded with the most truly interesting thing to ever appear on television. If you don't get it, that's OK, but fans of Lost are generally fanatical for a reason. When it gets you, it really gets you. I almost agree with this, but I think how good Lost really is depends a lot on the final solution. I'm sure the last season will be awesome, but dare I say that I don't really like where it seems to be going. At this point, I'm so in love with the show that I don't think the ending could possibly make me think less of it. Lost joins NewsRadio as the only two shows I could literally watch over and over again without ever getting tired of them. I find it completely fascinating. Really? Less than half of the shows on the list aired on cable TV in the states. Before the big switch to digital, I could have watched 11 of the top 20 using only rabbit ears antennae attached to my TV. How old is your TV? "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

4. "Mad Men" (AMC, 2007-present): Creator Matthew Weiner could have immersed his 1960s-era drama in sugarcoated nostalgia. But to his credit, he instead plunged us deep into the dark side of the American dream, exposing the lies behind our idealized pop-cultural imagery and the emotional scars that come with unbridled self-indulgence. Don Draper and his booze-guzzling, skirt-chasing cohorts not only demonstrate how much we have changed as a society, but how much we haven't.
The only other shows on that list that I watched regularly (and loved) were Arrested Development and Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I loved AD but have only seen like 5 episodes and the only other shows on this list I really ever saw is Idol, but Australian Idol

House! I liked House at first, but it's way too formulaic IMO. Besides, if I wanted to pick a show like that, it would still lose out to Monk. 37 minutes. Any diagnosis/cure before 37 minutes was not the right one. Love Hugh Laurie though. In a manly way of course.

"Arrested Development" would be my number one, so I was glad it was on the list. "Breaking Bad" should be on this list. "She made me glad to be a man"

There was another one I liked early in the decade on Lifetime. I can't think of the name of it but it was about a black woman and a white woman in Alabama who were best friends.
These days, I usually turn on one of the news channels and let it stay there for the rest of the day. I never dreamed I would live to see the day that I was watching the news of all things. I used to hate the news and find it boring. Oh well, these are desperate times. Any Day Now

Let's see, which have these shows have I ever seen? Now to be completely open, you need to know we don't have HBO or Showtime, so I never got a chance to see shows on those networks.
I have seen "The Office", "30 Rock", "American Idol", "Arrested Development", and "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart". I think all those shows deserve to be on this list. I watched one half of an episode of "The Sopranos" and thought it was stupid. "CSI - Miami" is the worst show I've ever seen, and if David Caruso is an actor, then I am Prince. And I am not Prince, no matter what you've heard.

I don't think so, there is a show on BBC America with those 2 in it but the name isn't Peepshow. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.
