No. I said high schools having daycares (they're usually for staff too, btw) is common and no big deal. Seriously, do you people ENJOY lathering yourselves into rabid panics about teen sex? Because it seems like it. Calm down, and take a look at reality. Globally, young people are no worse than their parents and grandparents were. It's only in the U.S. where teen pregnancy and STD rates have soared, and you can thank your shitty sex ed programs and puritanical culture for that. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

So YOU calm down. Your shrug seems to insinuate that its not a big deal. And I don't think that people 'enjoy' getting excited about teen sex. Just not happy about it-as they should be. I'm 35 with kids of my own and I'm sure everybody has friends who've had kids at 16, 15,14,13, even 12-that's not good. And STDS have soared with teens. Guess I should just lay back and take a smoke if my son ends up with something. Wouldn't want to lather myself into a rabid panic

Wouldn't want to lather myself into a rabid panic Educate him properly about sex and chances are it'll never be an issue. Could it still happen that he catches something or gets some girl pregnant? of course. It's just far more unlikely if he's been educated on the subject properly. Preventing STD's and pregnancy isn't hard, even if the kid is sexually active. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

But it's a pretty liberal place, and it was the only public high school, with almost 3,000 students. They had a really nice daycare for the babies. I got pregnant in my senior year, but I dropped out and went to the Adult Education Center to get my diploma. I took some tests and was able to get it without taking further classes.

There were 3 pregnant girls in my graduating class in high school They all sat next to each other in the class pic. That was 1996. We didn't have a daycare but the alternative school in our town did.
I had a friend in high school that would keep a diary and rank all of her lovers. She was the only person I knew that did something like that, or at least admitted to it. I'm willing to bet that not that many teen girls nowadays actually make lists like this. It doesn't mean they're not having sex but I doubt that many are trying to screw the whole school. That's not to say that I find this list acceptable. I personally think this girl thinks her self worth is based on sex and that's unfortunate. I just hope she is taking care of herself. At my school the daycare was for students and faculty. Whoever needed it got to make use of it. A lot of the younger teachers would have kids in daycare with their students' kids. It was really looked at as no big deal, in general. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

I think she means she was taking their v-cards... Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
