Avril Fan Causes Computer Chaos



A mischievous AVRIL LAVIGNE fan has wreaked havoc on computers around the globe with a nasty virus named after his heroine.

The LIRVA virus - Avril backwards - sent systems crashing when it was launched last week (ends10JAN03) because it latched onto email address lists and swamped users with links to Lavigne's official website.

Hollywood-based computer troubleshooters WESTSIDE AUTOMATION were swamped with customers when systems crashed. Spokesman RALF QUINT says, "It's a fairly harmless virus but it does lead to problems because email systems can't cope with the level of links and messages that were being sent out. In that respect, the Avril virus was a real hassle.

"It was probably some young fan, who just wanted everyone in the world to get into Avril Lavigne and her music." (KL/WN/CPT)

I fucking hate Avril Lavigne.

Anyone who even vaguely likes her music must have the Avril Lavigne virus. It's a good way to put it.

I was thinking of writing a "Tony M" virus which would email all your friends with some "dope rhymes".

Or maybe a "Larry Graham" virus which would remove all swearwords from every document on your PC...
