What would you do if you came back as a dolphin?

My first task would be to climb up to the top of the CN Tower in Toronto and sing a medley of Celine Dion's hits.
Just so that I could say that I was the first dolphin on planet earth to do such a thing.

Secondly, I would (again) prove the point that dolphins AREN'T intelligent, by informing the human race that all dolphin's do is make that funny noise, look cute and stupidly allow humans to swim with us - hardly the showings of an intelligent species!
