Stand-up comedians?

could anyone recommend any good stand-up comedians?

I like Eddie Izzard and Steward Lee.

I think the britts have the best record of stand-up comedy.
Maybe I'm wrong there?

One crazy dude lol Esp his commentary on how other cultures look at Indians.

Lisa Lampanelli(The Queen of Mean)

Adele Givens

Paul Mooney(The invisible man of comedy of the last 40 years - not for everybody though)

Chris Rock's "Kill The Pain" is easily the 90s BEST stand up routine film.

Richard Pryor(Of course!)

Eddie Murphy's Delirious.

George Carlin(Anything from him is worthy)

Sommore

And a host of others I'm sure I forgot about hmmm

That guy is hysterical!

I like Eddie Izzard as well.

Ricky Gervais.

And definitely Lisa Lampanelli. I've been watching her for years, before she got super popular. I love her racist humor.
