I don't know exactly why but I became hooked on the first series of this ....
I don't think Gavin nor Stacey are that funny characters but there's a bunch of characters in this that are brilliant, especially "uncle Bryn" (Rob Brydon)... I love how "simple" he is and his weird fascination with James Blunt. And of course Smithy...
They're showing the last series in the UK now (3rd series) but oddly enough I saw on Amazon UK that they've already released a boxset with all three series! I think the final episode won't air on TV until the end of the month...
I'm certainly looking forward to watching the rest of the series but it's a bit sad that they're ending the show already with only 18 episodes completed and despite its popularity.
The latest shows have been OK so far, but there's one bit in episode 2 in this series that I LOVED...

It is absolutely one of my favorite shows ever.

I'm loving the latest series - they just get better.
