I have taken a picture of myself with my daughter and it is off focus. Nice one with both of us looking into the camera (which is rare, she is so hyper).
Anyway I wanted to know if you guys know how to clean up this image it is out of focus.

Tricky because of how out of focus it is. I usually do a little high pass filter in Nikon Capture NX and apply it only to the face to get a bit more sharpness and detail, but unfortunately the blur is too extreme in your pic for that. Looks like motion blur on your daughter's face too, which makes it even more difficult. She's very pretty though.

i'm not sure that you can because it is already out of focus. I'm not an expert on photoshop or paint shop pro though.

unfortunately, missed focus is not something that can be fixed well enough...yet.
