Me and my girl are going to spend a week in London (from 18 to 26th of january) and we're looking for an appartment or hotel in the city centre. But what happened to the internet? Only big budget hotels are coming up thru google.

Last time I visited London it was at the Prince.org invasion, so I know a lot of Bwittish are here.

Got any advise on neighbourhoods or websites with appartments? Or should I accept that London is very expensive?

There is a nice Youth Hostel in Bayswater area which I have stayed in a couple of times its about £20 a night though they do have some double rooms though I am not sure how much they charge for them.
