I imagine kids would have a lot of gas anyway, a contributing factor to the floating poop according to the site, as they tend to eat fast and take in air as well as drink a lot of carbonated beverages. Ima still roll with Dr. Oz. I've never known floating stools to accompany constipation or disease. Plus those other diseases had very specific symptoms that were far more serious and recognizable than a brick that don't sink to the bottom.  | |
