I was so depressed this morning, that I could feel the sadness in my back teeth.
I felt like I'd just been told that my family were dead. It was like a huge gaping pain in my heart. It was that physical. I've been thinking about ageing and dying all day at work, whenever my mind wandered. I think it's Christmas. I love Christmas, but it doesn't love me.

it'll get better, do things you love to do, focus on those me too...less sunlight. I'm thinking of investing in a light box..my friend swears by it.. those look phenomenal, but i wonder if it'd work i need a room that's converted into a virtual outdoor beach setting, then i'd be fine [Edited 12/3/09 11:26am] [...i think i can, i think i can, i think i can...]

Have you tried exercise missmad? I know you said you were backed up with work, but even a five minute walk in the fresh air and sunshine couldn't possibly hurt. Take your ipod (mp3) along so you can listen to a few favorite tunes and lose yourself in the music. This has helped me before so give it a try. I'll be thinking of you.

Sometimes, but I think it's just rhe chemicals from my memory foam mattress. The dreams those give you in summer is like sticking your head up a toad's arse. I was giving Gary Numan wig advice in one. Whilst sitting on a scar iside a can of lager. Which was full of Smarties, not lager.

Yea. If I'm conscious of it the best remedies for me are music, sunlight & exercise. I'm getting better at recognizing that it's just a passing feeling, & that I can get myself out of it if I want to
