I remember living in Ft.Wayne IN and we were stopped at a light and there was a lady standing out side her car next to us changing a babies diaper in the middle of traffic ...the light turned green and she jumped back in the passenger seat and as we went she threw the diaper out the window and it landed right on the wind sreen of the car behind her!!!LOL! my question is thinking abouit this what t he fuck happened to all the trash you use to see along every high way and by way in the United States during the 1980's?? There used to be ALOT of treash if I remember correctly like a GIANT LANDFILL alog the roads!

Many places have "Adopt a Highway" areas that are cared for by local businesses.

Funny thing is, I have never, ever seen anyone out there cleaning!

I miss all the empty beer bottles and beer cases and McD's bags and happy meals all along the side of the road! And lost under wear and the occasional shoe or giant garbage bag full of baby kittens!

Maybe it's all the inmates piling up in the prisons and jails
