pipl.com has been great for me.

Supposedly pipl.com checks several layers of a site, for all text and documents containing a person's name. It has found a couple people for me whom I couldn't locate on other sites like zabasearch or intelius. It also will find a few images attached to a name, so you can see what the person may look like.

Of course it's up to you to dig through the multiple results to make sure you've got the right "Eric Jones," for example.

Good luck. Also -- check pipl repeatedly. I've noticed its search results can be different -- even in the course of just a few minutes.

I was searching for my niece last month and I just googled her name and both her facebook and myspace pages came up immediately.

You gotta know their name in order to search for someone and with most of those in my past, their name was the last thing I was interested in. lol
Andy is a four letter word.
