1st day, kid was pretty good. we had a talk about what it meant to be thankful and how he needs to amend his ways and be more thankful and nice to other people (too much disrespecting of teachers and not doing his work in school!)

2nd day, he had been pretty good so I gave him his computer to putz around, something different than doing workbooks, but the toy and TV thing is done because his chronic attitude and misbehavior. I figured if he was good then he could come with me to the gym the next day where they have a daycare and play for a while.

Then I hear him last night 11pm, fooling around, I made him get up and use the bathroom (peeing in bed issues...because we fool around all night, letting piss collect in our little bladder, and don't go to the bathroom again before falling into a deep ass sleep and then want to lay in bed all morning and go oops). Wake him up this morning for a pee run and there is comforter stuffing all over the bed. This little nicca tore a hole in his comforter and pulled the shit out....like I wasn't going to notice that!

I just told him he needs to be real quiet the rest of the day so I can forget there is a kid in my house or else

these holiday stretches are torture when your kid ain't got no ackrite!

(and before y'all get all bent, he is 9 in 2 wks, a little old to be pulling apart a comforter, especially when we have had many a discussion about 1. not destroying shit, 2. not fooling around when we should be sleeping, and 3. just not doing anything majorly stupid that you would get caught and make someone mad enough to want to tear an ass up

believe it or not there will come a day when you'll wish for those days back...
trust me there will...
they drive you crazy and piss you off..
and do the most stupid of things...
