And when he shows up at the Boy Scouts thing for the kid at the end. And when the old guy is sad about all the damage that has been done to his house. And I think there was another sentimental scene about the guy's wife. I can't remember now. I was just a big ol' pansy during that movie. I think the one that got me the most was when the wife stumbled while walking up the hill. He struck me as the one that should have gone first because he just seemed so alone and unhappy without her, while she had a fighting spirit.

Deepak wrote a book about the Buddha's life that I'm quite interested in reading.

Tich Nach Hahn wrote one previous to that, but I found his writing style and prose not engaging for narrating story as like the Buddha's.
I'm interested in reading the Deepak one. I had it in the states but never got around to reading more than a chapter of it (which I found to be much better written than Hahn's book)
