Thank God, this terrible sinus infection that I've had for the past week is FINALLY going away. I was finally able to breathe through my nose last night, without feeling like there was cement in my nose.

I feel a bit better now, having completed the job interview. It went rather well I think... I will find out for sure before the weekend if I got the job. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the two women interviewing me worked as my supervisor many years ago.
However while I was happy after the interview I was not too happy getting a letter from a government agency telling me the desk job I had applied for at the agency had been filled.
There were actually three people who got the same kind of job and since it's a government job they were mentioned by name. After a quick Google search I found out that one of the folks who got the job (I'm sure it's him because he has a rather unique name) was only 20 years old and barely out of high school, while I have a B.A. degree in political science which I think should have helped me with this particular job even though such a degree was not a requirement for the job.....
It's not that I wouldn't be happy getting the other job but it pisses me off that someone less qualified is getting the government job instead of me.

People already know if they aren't going to do them, so she can tailor to them an easier/more convenient/more appropriate program that they are more likely to do.
