I currently have a headache after 2 bottles of beer. The thing is, I was really quite sick last night, and oddly so (aching neck, shoulders and back, headache, earache, eyes felt like bruised, stomachache, pain in the chest), but by this afternoon I actually felt fantastic. I'm hoping to stop drinking for a couple of weeks starting tomorrow but I'm wondering just how easily I'll be able to manage it. I don't think I'm a really heavy drinker but I can't remember the last time I went more than maybe 3 days without at least some alcohol. I'm currently getting fit and I've been doing it despite still drinking and smoking, but now it's obvious that if there's to be any more progress or ultimately any point at all to exercising that I've got to make some changes. Just thinking about it seems so hard though.

Good points there mate and IMO it would depend on how something is initially perceived because as transparent or obvious as it may seem it would remain the opinion based by the perception of each individual, and that perception may be completely false.
