Kathy Griffin is at it again.

The notoriously foul-mouthed comedian let a four-letter word loose as she co-hosted a live New Year's Eve special with CNN's Anderson Cooper, slipping the F-word into a discussion about "balloon boy" Falcon Heene as she fumbled his first name.

Griffin dropped the F-bomb as she and Cooper talked about the biggest scandals of the year, making Cooper visibly uncomfortable as he responded to the curse by scolding Griffin: "You're terrible."

The red-headed comedian's act is filled with expletives, and she made her mark on the comedy circuit as a raunchy, straight-talking joker. She starred in a Bravo reality series until 2008, and was featured as a red-carpet commenter for E!'s awards-show coverage until she was let go by the network.

I love Kathy Griffin, I have seen her show live too. She is hilarious. And by way, as much as it would probably flatter Kathy (your comment,) your children are going to hear the word "fuck" thousands of times in their lives. There's plenty worse things on tv to be worried about. She's definitely got a big mouth and sometimes I cringe a little but she is a big sweet heart behind that mouth, and the more attention you give her the more popular she will become. If she said fuck on a religious tv channel I would be more impressed. This is standard Kathy, it's comedy!

I read somewhere that last year that hussy told some stranger that she doesn't go to his job and take the dick out of his mouth.

The NY Times was reporting that she did before they hit a commercial break. Kathy brought it up to Anderson Cooper while still on the air, and he laughed at the whole thing. He himself said, during the NYE broadcast, that she did not curse, and it was stupid reporting by the New York Times.

However, Kathy said "I love that they think that! I'll be in every paper tomorrow!" She was right.

But she never cursed (and that video is silent on this end anyway).

I didn't watch this year but last year AC did a lot of cringing and looked like he wanted to escape. His laughter was nervous laughter.

I find it amusing that CNN becomes gayer than the Logo network on New Year's Eve. Kathy Griffin and Anderson Cooper? That's some straight-man kryptonite right there.
