brick i no, rite.

anyway...this is why every person should have a living will, POA, and a will somewhere to express your wishes. I know I could not "live" like that. Or like the woman who had her face ripped off by the chimp. I have to be able to see, move, and wipe my own ass in life.

It's amazing how some people have the strength of will and character to make it through such severe adversity, and then other people have so much in their lives and still commit suicide or self destruct in other ways.

This is a good time with Thanksgiving coming up to be thankful for what you have in your life, even if it is not perfect.

As for Terri Schiavo (RIP rose ) her husband did not "wish her dead" and that really is a whole different issue, but her autopsy did prove that her brain was severely vegetative and on functional, and if she did express that she would not be happy to ever end up in such a condition then it should have been respected. Living wills, folk! It is very hard if you love someone to see them not be able to enjoy life the way they would wish to. My mother was in a nursing home for years and not able to get around and it was so miserable to watch. let alone how miserable I could tell she was. Another old lady was curled fetal 24/7 unresponsive....so sad.
