treasures found at a flea market!

So incase you don't know what a flea market is? well let me enlighten you. In San Jose, California, there is a place called the flea market, where people from many backgrounds can sell their stuff either that they bought from other companies, or people just trying to sell their old possessions. Families from all over go their to try to find the right stuff! you can buy about anything legal there. From Alligator Cowboy Boots To Zebra stripped seat covers for your car! of course most of the stuff is sorta junky, so just you have keep searching. well, i digress these are the things that i found! I just wanted to share them with you guys. Do you orgers have similar places like the flea market, where people can go buy other people stuff, or whatever in where you guys live?

i bought a aztec calendar necklace
and a ankh incense tray!
with tens incense in the scent of: gardenia,Frankincense, lavender and myrrh!

i hope you guys like my stuff!

Beautiful stuff, baroque.

Here in Toronto, there's St. Lawrence Market, a 205-year-old complex that sells all sorts of things -- local produce and farm goods, vintage clothing, hand crafts, antiques, furniture, etc.

So far I've gotten only food there, but when I get my hands on some money, I did see some old French-language poster art and some antique pieces I'd like to grab.

Those fake brand sneakers... eek ..they´re really getting better and better and much closer to the originals than ever before. But, when you look a bit closer, you can often spot the differences....however, the fake brands scene has come a long way.
In some countries, especially in Thailand, China and Turkey(well, sometimes), you can hardly see any difference between the original products and the fake shit but then again, some of the fake t-shirts look so blatantly faked that it´s obvious that they´re not the real deal.
Sometimes even the guys at Nike can´t tell whether certain Air Jordans are genuiine or not.
How do you feel about fake products? I despise them and would never pay for them but I must admit, the Thai fake products probably look closest to the originals, and sometimes it´s a thin line between fake and authentic because they make that stuff in the same sweatshops using the same material.

In Thailand some of the Diesel stuff is ridiculously good, as are some of the Billabong shorts. I have a pair of Adidas sneakers that I'm not sure about, whether they're fake or not. I didn't pay a 'fake' price for them, that's for sure (2000+ baht), and I still had my doubts, but not because they don't look good. It's just general suspicion about such items here. lol In the end I didn't care about the possibility that I'd paid too much for fakes because I just wanted them! I'll go dig out a pic. smile

Flea markets are great if you tend to be an impulsive shopper. You can find things you didn't even know you wanted.
