So what is it exactly that's freaking you out? That you have exposed your number?
And not everyone who's calling in the middle of the night is a stalking psychopath murderer. Or do you have reason to believe the caller is?

click on the link i provided you with...look for the reverse directory. type in the number that called you, and it will search for whose number that was, if available.

Two solutions:

1)Suicide

Or..

2)Ignore that number

I guess for now I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's a little weird, sure, but there's no harm done really. If he calls back you can ask who it is but if he doesn't, you'll probably never know.

That reminds me of one call I had half a year ago.. I was almost asleep but suddenly my phone rang. I answer the phone and some man said: "Hi...my name is Miloš...and I'm wanking right now..." eek lol

That freaked me out and I couldn't sleep that night lol Since then I don't answer to unknown numbers.

That's the best you can do at the moment. But at the same time be alert.

I had a phone stalker once. He didn't say his name- anonymous all the way off course- but mentioned that he knew where I lived and my wherabouts. Naturally, I freaked out like you did.
But at one point- his calls became more frequent- I kept him talking and talking to find clues, and I did. It was a guy who went to the same club were I used to go every saturday night. So I took a couple of big friends with me and we told him to never ever do crap like that again.
And he didn't. Coward.

You should have replied: "Hi Milos, that's very nice but don't you ever fucking bother me again you wanker!"

I think you just have to accept the fact that anyone can get acces to you number especially in the age of web 2.0/ 3.0 with social networking sites and all.
I mean, when you want to contact someone for work it's often not that hard to get the number.
So I'm not that surprised when it happens to me. I hand out my businesscards here and there, and yes, it can lead its own life after that.
But just be alert to strange things.

I agree...I used to work in sales and when i would hand out my business card it really does get a life of it's own. I did end up changing my number well I have changed it twice in the last 4 years. VERY strange people out there all I can say to that.
