I wish my mum had bought me one when I was a kid I've seen ones of eBay of that vintage now for $750 all the kids had them in my street, and those that didn't have the genuine article had their mums knit one up from patterns in the magazines

Those Sasha dolls look like they want to drug me and take out my liver. Or at least shave me bald and smack me with a large fish. Thank God for Cabbage Patch Kids. My older cousins had Sasha dolls. A lot of them kept them in such a good condition that they'd display them in the guest bedrooms of their homes. And me being a big old 'fraidy cat, I would cover the dolls up with hats or sheets.
