What's the wierdest film you've ever seen? I think at least 1 of mine is 'El Topo' ''now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical, a liberal, a fanatical criminal''

Gerry, that sure was a test in patience
it was weird in that I could not believe they expect a viewer to sit through that

Easily this one:
Drawing Restraint 9 It's about a Japanese whaling ship that tries to correct its bad karma by booking couples that mate on it and turn into whales to replenish the ocean. There's also a subplot about constructing a huge petroleum jelly sculpture.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

The weirdest movie I've ever seen is called Repulsion. It's a Roman Polanski film from the 60's and it hardly has any dialogue, just a woman who goes insane while having surreal visions of rape.
I remember The Lost Highway being kinda weird too, but it's been so long since I've seen it, I don't remember exactly what it was about. Lilith, wiht Warren Beatty is kinda weird in an artsy kinda way but I like that one. [Edited 11/18/09 22:13pm]

But the strangest one I've seen is the Japanese film Blind Beast (1969). http://www.youtube.com/vi...2FB3D555E0 "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack

I just watched one with Michael Beach and Eriq LaSalle called "Crazy as Hell". I don't know if it's THE weirdest, but it was pretty strange.
I saw "Repulsion". I watch movies a lot... I come across some real winners. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

Anything by Lynch...they make no fucking sense what so ever and he's so wrapped up in his own symbolism that he gets confused himself.
Then there are films that just sound weird when up try and explain them to people

Basically it's about a Czech couple who "adopt" a living baby that resembles a tree root and has a special appetite
