I visit the USA alot - different cities mostly but some repeatedly - I probably will for many more years to come so much to see and do. KoolEaze said: Wow, that is truly an impressive list of countries. But why do you call Ghana "African Ghana"? Is there any other, non-African Ghana? And when and where did you go to Turkey? Of the countries you´ve listed, I´ve been to Costa Rica, Thailand, Panama,Spain (albeit very briefly), Belgium(transit),France, the Netherlands, the coast of Ghana and England.
Did you visit the Aegaen part of Turkey? How was Belize? I would love to visit Belize, maybe even stay there a bit longer...is it very important to speak Spanish there? I heard it is the only Latin American country where English is the official language, hence my question. [Edited 11/18/09 6:01am] No, but African Ghana is sometimes is confused with Republic of Guinea and the country of Guyana in South America. I've gotten in a few discussion on the net where people have tried to correct me, geography isn't one of our strengths in the U.S. English is the official language of Belize, formerly British Honduras. So language wise there shouldn't be any issues. Depending what you wanna do:chill at small seaside resort checkout, the Mayan Temples, and flora and fauna . San Padro Island up near Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula and Belize Corozal District has absolutely beautiful beaches, nice size resort town were you can "get into something" and/or "get away". I vistied in Turkey 02 and 07. The 02 trip it was the Aegaen region I used Izmir as my homebase to strike and vist Bergama Cesme & Alacati, Ephesus & Kusadasi, Aphrodisias & Pamukkale. The 07 trip it was to Istanbul. Loved Istanbul, loved it, loved it, loved it. Would like to return and stay about 6 months.

That´s where I have my roots, that´s where my family lives, and I´ve been there so often that I don´t even remember how many times...maybe 25 times, perhaps 30 times.Izmir is one of my favorite places on Earth, just got back from there two weeks ago. Istanbul is also a great place but it´s a monster ! 14 million people, and each day hundreds and thousands of people move there to pursue their dreams.I spent a lot of my childhood in the 70s and 80s in Istanbul, have relatives there, too. And just like you, I am seriously considering moving there for at least 6 months or even a year or two. And you´ve made me curious about Belize.I´ve been to Cuba and Costa Rica before and spent a couple of months in Costa Rica but I don´t speak Spanish, that´s why I asked about Belize and its language(s). Thanks for replying, and if you ever need help regarding Istanbul, just drop me a line. [Edited 11/19/09 9:30am] " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

YES, it is and I love Istanbul for it! It's organize crazniness. I need action, people, the hustle, and bustle of city life. When my husband and I retire our plan is to live out of a suitcase for about 4 yo 5 years. I once thought I could do the Island life thing, nada. As long as I can jump in a car and drive out to see nature for a day or two, I'm OK. After getting intouch with nature, I'm ready to jump back into the maddness.....
