Cold windy and rainy all day here! So im sippin HOT tea!

But when i wanna cool down I love an ice cold mint tea! Or after i get dont running outside in the summer nothing is better than a fruit smoothie!... Ice, banana, strawberries and orange juice tossed in the blender with some unflavored protein power!! YUM!

LadyLuvSexxy

When it was hot here in Chicago, I did two things.

A) Stay in my room for most of the day (no job at the time, was getting back in school) in front of my air conditioner. I did most of my chores early in the day or at night.

or

B) Drank Kool Aid slushies in small shotglasses. Sucked down tons of water, ate some low sugar freeze pops. The BIG ones. biggrin I bought so many that we still have them right now. And it's like 43 degrees and wet outside in the middle of a rainy doldrums front.

I kinda miss the Summer. All those lovely ladies barely dressed... biggrin

When I'm really hot, nothing beats a gigantic bottle of ice-cold water -- and sparkling water is my favorite!

Put your hands or feet in cold, cold water. They are big heat exchangers and because our blood makes a u-turn there it helps cool a body down quickly. It's the same in reverse if you're chilly, put your extremities in hot water for a few minutes and you'll feel better almost right away!

thumbs up!
