Tabloids would call fat even Cindy C. I won't call Mariah "fat", but I dislike her big boobs. If she had smaller, she would be much more cute.

People that have had breakdowns or other mental problems are often put on medication that have side effects of weight gain. Mariah wasn't this big before her breakdown.
