Oh on a side note to the drivers here. When my mom came to visit in Sept, she said if you can drive here, you can drive anywhere.
She could not believe how narrow and windy the roads were.She wanted to drive when she was here but our vehicle was in the shop because some bitch had road rage and caused an accident because Phil would not let her in. She was driving like an idiot through the round about, he was trying to teach her a lesson.

thank goodness we'd just came from a round about, and there fore speed was reduced, if it had of been a few metres up the road, our car could have rolled.

It's pretty rare that I get angry. But I'll usually yell (if no one else is around) or vent to friends about it. If I'm angry AT a friend (which is extremely rare and only happens, like, once every few years or so) I simply can't talk to them. I shut down completely and either leave (if we're together) or hang up the phone or whatnot and I fume by myself until I'm calmed down.

That's it. Pretty boring.

I don't usually hold on to "Anger" so much as I can still be feeling upset over something hours later.

Sometimes the only way for me to ctrl+alt+delete, is to get a good nights' rest.

I really don't get angry very easy. When I do I express it verbally and then I intervalize it. Verbal expression of my anger is not cathartic for me.

I pack it in and pack it in until I explode and it comes out in a torrent of mean ugly shit. It's all true, but not usually said in the most diplomatic or productive way. And then 5 minutes later I'm fine, completely over it, and ready to move on.

I used to let things build up and explode later, usually taking it out on people that were never involved with what pissed me off to start with...


now, I just let that shit go...and if I can't let it go, I take it out on the asshole that pissed me off...and if its not a person pissing me off, I sling it across the room...and if it's too heavy to pick up, I cuss it out and hurt it's inanimate feelings...
