I remember riding in a car with my sister about 2 years ago, in England. Now the English are terrible drivers. They're not what I would consider 'agressive' drivers--they just kind of suck at driving.

Being an American, my sister drives sort of like she just took out a huge insurance policy that will benefit her children, and she has nothing otherwise to live for---yes, completely suicidal.

I observed on more than one occasion when she would do something, and then receive an ugly look from those poor, poor, poor, sweet, little English-folk, and my sister would take their stares personally.


Hours...and I mean 4 or 5 hours after a 2 second 'incident' in traffic, she was still pissed at whatever woman gave her a nasty look. Here we are, having a lovely Chicken Masala Jumalaya dinner and her mind is still stuck 4 hours in the past, at some intersection many miles away....still pissed.

It's like once she gets angry, she clutches on to her anger, doesn't let it go, and just kind of stews in it.




What makes you angry?
How do you deal with it?

Sex

The traffic thing got easier for me once I determined the person in the other car is not out to get me.

As for other anger, I mostly keep it bottled in while I wait for it to manifest itself in a serial killing.

If I don't do this I find that the people I love risk the brunt of my anger in stupid ways and I hate doing that. Damned Irish blood!!!!
